Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered.

We stand behind every delivery. If there’s any shipping issue, it’s on us - we’ll either refund you in full or send a replacement.

We will also replace or refund in the following cases:

1. Order not delivered: If your order does not arrive, we’ll refund you or send a new package.

2. Product arrived damaged or incorrect: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
